6.2 Prohibited Conduct

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the pub776 platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with pub776 customer support may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. You agree that Philippine courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings related to these Terms.
